FREMONT STUDY & GYM

The home office and home gym in this Minneapolis home were already being used daily, but neither were particularly inspiring. The office had a simple desk and an inefficient storage closet. The gym had lots of windows and a large mirror, but needed better insulation and new flooring. The overall goal was to improve the flow and function of both rooms, while adding a more personalized aesthetic that would inspire and energize the users. With careful space planning and a newly unified palette, the flow of these two spaces now feels seamless. Textured wallpaper, walnut accents, and layers of black, brass, and leather create a warm, layered look that is sophisticated yet comfortable.
